2. No Refunds
Payments made for sessions, guides, workshops, or digital products are final and non-refundable.

3. Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule a consultation, please reach out at least 24 hours in advance.

4. Service Issues
If there’s any genuine issue, you can contact us and we’ll try resolving it, but refunds are not provided.
